We needed help at near closing while we were on a long road trip. The diagnosis was quick and efficient and effective. He got us back on the road with working AC and asked for nothing in return, to which we handed him cash for the generosity and time. Thank you so much!Goes above and beyond every time and is quick timely and always does a good job. Best mechanic I’ve worked with by far. Even with a further drive from me I always bring my car here . BMW m4 will last to 200k+ miles because of this serviceIf you have a BMW don’t take it anywhere else for maintenance and repairs. Tim knows his craft and is honest as the day is long. Been going to him for years now and he is just AWESOME. Fair Fast and honest which is hard to come by. CheersCactus Bimmers was great excellent communication job was done quickly and for a very reasonable price.Tim always does an excellent job on finding the reasons for that dreaded engine light. He tested and retested my 2013 fuel line, to locate the car’s problems, that the dealer was unable to solve. Don’t hesitate to use Tim, as he is very reliable, knowledgeable, and pleasant!! Tim has the ability to handle everything from normal service to all the diagnostic and other problems that cause those BMW lights requiring attention! Both 650 and X4 are extremely glad to have found him!!! He deserves a 10 star review.Tim is amazing mechanic service technician. My husband took our BMW in and he did an absolutely amazing job. In the past, though pricey, I took my car to the dealership because I heard horror stories of independent mechanics. I've grown really tired of being talked down to at the dealers. There's a look their "customer service" people give you while you explain the problem, like the kind a parent reserves for a toddler when trying to explain something unfamiliar, and the parent is amused and don't take seriously. Then there's the rushed "service" like talking to you is a part they merely tolerate to get your info in their system. The post diagnostic where they try to upsell you on 12 different things wrong with your car. I didn't have any of that experience here. In fact, I have never been treated with such utmost professionalism and kindness by both Tim and his wife. The service was efficient, communication timely, and price was fair and it felt honest. I hope I don't have a major repair any time soon but if I do, I won't hesitate calling on Tim again. He and his wife are good people.Tim is the best…. He has 20+ years experience with bmws and it was very clear to see that with how smoothly everything went from first contact to finish. He did amazing getting me on the schedule very quickly and getting the parts ordered and my car fixed all within less than a week and kindly worked around me having to reschedule on him last minute as well. Tim is the dealio forsure and im so grateful I found him to work on my car compared to what some of these other places were trying to charge me and have me wait weeks for as well. I definitely will be coming back to him for anything in the future I need worked on.Cactus Bimmers to the rescue. Arrowhead BMW caused a severe oil leak from my drain bolt and refused to take responsibility for it. They wanted $4K to fix it. Cactus Bimmers was able to provide a quality fix for 1/10 of that price. You won't find better honesty and professionalism anywhere else.Highly experienced and knowledgable, top quality service, and much better on your wallet than any dealer or other aftermarket shop.Incredible work and very detail oriented! Tim’s turn around time was super quick, it was literally ready the next day for a handful of small issues.
